TEAMLAB creates large-scale immersive and interactive spaces. What makes their work so engaging is the relationship between spectacle and intimacy, and that is what I tried to capture in the book’s design. Each enormous space is filled with small moments of delight, echoed in the delicate typographic structure and rhythmic navigation through the pages. teamLab: Continuity was to be the inaugural exhibition for the Asian Art Museum’s new Akiko Yamazaki and Jerry Yang Pavilion.
